How Do I Place An Order?

To place an order, simply add the item(s) to Cart. It is mandatory to select the correct "Shipping Fee" for each item before adding it to Cart. Once you have added all the items, click on the Cart to see the Total Payment Amount. Please contact us at shop.rc.concepts@gmail.com to provide us your shipping address before making any payment.

Payment & Shipping

We accept secure Funds Transfer via PayPal only and all purchased items will be shipped out via Registered Standard Mail Delivery Service by the Singapore Post, to ensure that the shipping fees are the most economical and that all deliveries will reach our customers safely.

Please send the Total Payment Amount to shop.rc.concepts@gmail.com via your PayPal.

Shipment of your ordered items to your specified Shipping Address will only be made after the Full Payment Amount is received in PayPal.

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

Your payment (Funds Transfer) is secured by PayPal and ordered items will be shipped out within 3 days after receiving payment.

We do not accept Credit Card or any other payment methods, please do not contact us to negotiate other forms of payment method.

Returns & Refunds

If the product is damaged in transit, please take a picture and contact us to make arrangement for a one-to-one replacement.

Please do not contact us for refunds unless your waiting period has passed the estimated delivery time.
